You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order delivery.
Receipt time = Processing Time + Transportation Time.

- Transportation time: 6-8 Working days

- The package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. - Depending on local postal delivery conditions, you may need to collect your package from your local post office. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, we cannot refund your order.If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at info@joypetq.com as soon as possible before shipment and provide your order number and correct information.
Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 180 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Normal shipping time is 2-4 days (except for special circumstances, such as weather, etc.). Enjoy local return and exchange service.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Return process: Please contact info@joypetq.com to state the reason for the return. Regardless of the reason, please attach product photos in the email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@joypetq.com.
